Barrecore’s ‘Sculpt’ classes builds on the Barrecore foundations by adding resistance bands to increase the intensity.
The bands provide the resistance necessary for functional training moves like bicep curls, tricep kickbacks and shoulder presses, as well as upping the ante on body weight exercises like tricep dips and push ups, restricting the range of motion so the moves are twice as tough.
