Exercises are fine but for fat loss to occur, a proper diet is a must. Exercising alone can shape your abdominal muscles and make them look good, but ONLY if you melt that layer of fat that is covering them (and your whole body...) I am currently in my third week of following a diet plan I got from nextleveldiet. I definitely lost some fat. It's slow but steady process. It also comes with a workout plan. You could also find something for yourself. Happy dieting and exercising!!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION that was not mentioned in the video:
Sugar: you can eat sugar in small amounts if it's not ruining your caloric deficit.
Fruits: You can eat more then on fruit per day if it not ruining your caloric deficit. But I personally would rather stick to berries because of the lower glycemic index.
Carbs: You can eat more then 50 grams of carbs product (rice or oatmeal) if it not ruining your caloric deficit.
Portions: for each meal you need to have around 150-200 grams of the protein product (150 grams of chicken for lunch or 200 grams of fish for dinner. around 4 eggs for breakfast. Around 1-2 avocados per day, around 40 grams of peanuts per day. Veggies: you can eat as much as you want. Never go to the extremes. Even good food can be harmful if you consume it too much.
Vegan: for a vegan diet, replace protein sources with beans, lentils, plant-based protein shakes, and other plant-based protein. Just make sure you are staying in a caloric deficit.
Calories: 2000 calories may be too much or too little for you, depending on your weight and level of physical activities. So use a caloric calculator to find out how much calories your body needs to lose weight effectively.
