Thank you so much. I went for my blood flow results and arteries check up. Everything was great except for the blood flow from below my knees and down to my toes. I have a doctor appointment for a sonogram in two weeks. Doc gave me exercises to do. You provided me in this video some great additional exercises. I started these today. Be blessed Dr. Mandel. I have implemented many things in my life from your videos and I feel great. In fact, just to let you know I have lost 16 pounds since I started watching and following your videos these past four months. ❤

Dear Dr Mandell, I have been battling leg muscle pain for weeks and due to my hectic schedules have no time to step out for my walks (though I will start soon) and prayed GOD help me with a simple and right solution to sort this issue. You are really helping me. My lymphatic system has been damaged by radiation therapy. Your exercises have reduced lymphatic swelling, improved my balance and my belief that perhaps I can function as before. My highest compliment…Dr. Mandell is the Mr. Rogers of the medical world. Your slow, thorough explanations given with quiet underlying enthusiasm are easy for me to follow. I have not had Charley horses now for four days in a row! I was getting them almost every morning for a month and had residual pain all the way down the back of my legs when walking for the first hour or so. Thanks!

I did these exercises for the first time after suffering from swollen feet, ankles and calf muscles and was astonished to see the reduced swelling and after three days, they have all returned to normal!!!
