Dr. Mandel my husband is 71yrs old, but looks young for his age. He had poor blood flow. So i followed your advise for a month. He saw the vascular surgeon and the doppler sounded so loud this is how clear and improved is his blood flow. Thankd a million times for this informative video. Really appreciate your knowledge. I’m So Glad Someone hear this and shared!! I have been dealing with Excruciating Pain in My Feet, I have had MRIs and still in pain for little over 2 Years, . Doctors couldn’t get it right., a lot of Money spent. But, after juicing and doing as @Dr. Mandell said I Can Feel a Difference, Not Much pain and I’m walking BETTER. To GOD BE ALL THE GLORY. I must caution that if you are sensitive to oxalates, be very careful how much beet juice or beets you consume. I tried the beet juice for a few days and had beets as a side dish and was in utter agony with joint pain. I wouldn't wish that pain on my worst enemy. No beet juice or beets, and in another day the pain subsided. I did some research and discovered oxalates were my problem.
Ingredients:
One cup of beetroot juice
1–2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 half to 1 teaspoon raw honey (use natural sweetener if needed)
Combine all ingredients in a blender and pour elixir in a glass to allow any foam to settle. Drink it slowly. There's no specific time needed to drink it --- it can be drunk before, during, or after meals, morning or night.

3 years ago I had a large portion of my inner left thigh removed due to an infection. The doctor told me I would have to walk as much as possible to keep the blood flowing. I have worked most of my life on my feet but it took several months to get back to work. Even though it hurts sometimes I still walk as much as I can because I know it is keeping the blood flowing. I also elevate my legs at night to avoid any fluid build up in that leg. My doctor said I'm lucky to be alive and I have learned to appreciate every day 🙏.

Thank you so much Dr Mandell. I was diagnosed with Heart Failure 2 months ago and started using Beet Root Powder, exercising, losing a few pounds (lot of pain in my legs). Some days aren't too great but I try snd walk everyday and exercise. I'm praying it might prolong my life a bit. Thank you for all that you have helped me with over the past few years. My Dads really been suffering from neuropathy last 3-4 weeks. He's also been suffering ANCHORS (, A really weird rash all over his lower legs, under his feet & burning legs during the night. )

I appreciate the helpful information. I shall be 90 yrs old next week, and I've been a vegetarian since 1963 and I have never picked up the habits of smoking, or drinking alcohol. When I was working, as an RN, on the night shift, I noticed my weight going up until I weighed over 220 lbs. I changed my eating habits to eating breakfast like a king; lunch like a prince and supper like a pauper, and I currently weigh 150 lbs. I exercise using a bike and use weights. I do some walking, as well, and that also helps. God bless you, sir, for doing the best by helping us to be in better health.

I've started using four little beetroots cut up, with a dressing of 2 tbspoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon honey and 1 teaspoon of olive oil cold pressed, eat as a beet salad. It's really nice.

You are quite correct. Daily I drink beet root, carrot, ginger, onions and whole organic lemons smoothie with cayenne pepper with chia seeds ... Amazing. Helps me maintain regularity and energizes me.

Sorry this is so long - I've done this for a few years now, on the advice of my own doctor. I have never blended it though, I will try that next time I drink it. I don't drink it daily anymore because now it feels like it's "too much", so I drink a 1/2 cup of this twice a month. The first year was pretty much daily or every other day. Now I can beetroot juice (when beets are in season) so it lasts up to 8-12 months and I have it available when I want it. I've also learned to can lemon slices *IN* honey, in a quart canning jar, so I have lemon honey nectar ready and just add a couple slices lemon and one teaspoon of the honey nectar to beetroot juice. Goodness that makes wonderful difference!! (one or two washed lemons - peel and all, sliced thin to medium, put in canning jar, fill to top with raw honey, must keep in fridge and let sit overnight before using - makes a great cup of tea without beetroot too). I just ran across this video and I have to say, He is telling the truth, it works. It took a few weeks for me to notice any changes in my legs and feet when I first started this, but after that, I could feel a remarkable difference. I am disabled so full on exercise is something I can't do - but I can stand and "march" to music, moving my arms and hands as if I were walking fast in a parade for 10 minutes 3 times a day. I'm 64 next month and I feel 45, and not just mentally. My body feels younger, lighter and healthier. Trust Doctor Mandell, he is genuinely helping and being honest. God Bless You, Sir.
