Good circulation where? To the whole body, or the tested finger? I can cut off the circulation to my foot right now, and do this test. I can show that I have good circulation when it is not the case.
This test can show you if you have a problem with circulation, but it can not rule out a problem with circulation. You may have limited circulation elsewhere.
