Thank you. I noticed towards the end I became very fidgety, but I kept going back to the breath. I also noticed that when I started my thoughts were of past hurts, betrayals, etc., but towards the end they were of gentle scenes: people sitting a garden, taking a walk. Pleasant and gentle. ❤
