Initially when I started meditation, ur videos I used to sleep 💤 as there were long pauses . But now after practising from months I just love that space given to contemplate on the body, mind, & breathe. Very well guided ❤Thank you so much 😊

I love your videos, they really help me shutting down my PTSD for a while! 🙏🏻🐌
BUT today it was all ruined by a terrible noisy commercial, is it possible to find your videos not risking that again? 😵‍💫😂

Thank you for these videos, they are great for me. Just one question - if when I am meditating and you get an itch, should I break concentration and scratch it? Or just try an observe the sensation?

It is highly unlikely that very many people can maintain attention to follow this instruction without previous training controlling the mind.
