I can’t love this enough!! I did add garlic powder, onion powder, umami seasoning and nutritional yeast—but oh so tasty! Thank you!

Looks so simple, great idea. You could probably use it for a desert custard too with some vanilla and sweetener. Nice idea for busy people.

I was trying to figure out a very simple and easy neutral "base" for sauces without oils. So many others involve blending, cheese cloths, etc - ie, work. This is exactly what I was hoping to figure out. Thank you!

I love fewer ingredients. Consistency looks great. I appreciate how you shared the characteristics of the tapioca starch and your friend's website.

I appreciate the details in your video. I have learned quite a bit from this video. I am new to trying to remove dairy from my diet and I love cheese, so I am going to try this! Thank you!

I absolutely love this! One of the best tasting vegan cheese sauces (and so easy to make) that doesn't use nuts or oil. An excellent base. Just added salt, garlic powder and red pepper flakes but will experiment with this depending on what I use it for. Used soy milk (did not like how it came out with almond milk) but will try others as well.

Wow!! Your recipe is so cool!!! Gonna use your recipe next time!!
Usually I add a little mustard and nutritional yeast and extremely blended green olives with pimento to give it bite but I’m gonna try yours on broccoli!
Thank you for sharing this!!!
