YOU GOTTA TRY THIS VEGAN CHEESE SAUCE

INGREDIENTS for the Berta Jay's
You Gotta Try This Vegan Cheese Sauce
----------------------------------------------------------------
1. Into blender put,
a. 1 cup plant milk (ex. rice, almond, cashew, soy and such like)
b. 1 can drained and rinsed white beans (I used great Northern beans)
c. ½ cup raw cashews
d. 1 tablespoon pure lemon juice
e. 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
f. 1 teaspoon onion powder (I used granulated onion)
g. ½ teaspoon garlic powder (I used granulated garlic)
h. 2 smidgens salt (I use Himalayan) - optional
i. 8 turns black pepper
j. 1 tablespoon light miso
k. ½ tablespoon dried parsley flakes
2. Blenderize until smooth.
3. If using the same day:
a. Pour cheese sauce into a pan to warm. Use a medium high heat. When it starts to bubble, it's done. Keep in mind, that the sauce will get a little bit thicker.
4. Pour warmed cheese sauce over your favorite foods. Try it over steamed, baked or mashed potatoes.
5. That's it, you are done!
