Pro tip: par-boil your potatoes for 5-7 minutes (until just barely fork-tender) before frying them or putting them in the oven. It gives you that fluffy interior & a more crisp exterior. If you fry them, boil & fry twice.

Just found out I have a dairy allergy I’ve been getting sick from it for years cause I have sever IBD but it was just confirmed, I just got oat milk and cashew milk ice cream for the first time today and it’s the first time I’ve had an ice cream product without vomiting so I can’t Waite to try other dairy free options! OK Andrew... I have made 6 different cheese sauces (all vegan, of course) to all epic fails... One even tasted like garlic peanut butter, yup - no good. I thought I would give it one last try!
