I listened to this last night for the first and I legit don’t even remember falling asleep. Sara, you have helped me love going to sleep whereas I had so much anxiety before bed. Would toss and turn, but listening to your sleep meditations have allowed to let go but also trust that I am safe and deserving of love and a good night’s rest. THANK YOU!
