Great class! Your hip workouts are the only thing that help my chronic sacroiliac pain. I can get to the floor - now let's see if I can get back up as quickly as you next time!

Lovely. I feel better...I probably need a beginner hip mobility, but I still feel better. I modified the last 2 exercises.

Thank you for this class Mira. I have hip dysplasia that has been the root of many spine injuries. I have very limited mobility and horrible stability and I feel like this class focused on all the things I'm working on. I've been doing Pilates (basi & stott) for years. It's a journey. My hips and feet are too tight to go down to seated from that open position. I hope I can get there soon.

Whoa! The last series was super challenging. I'm very flexible but have bad balance because my feet roll to the side. Any suggestions for fixing that?
