I was having horrible anxiety and chronic heart palpitations, magnesium glycinate has saved me.. sometimes I will take it along with ginkgo biloba or NAC

I’ve been taking magnesium for about 10 months. I’ve tried about 3 different brands with 3 different doses. They all did very good in the beginning but then I noticed after a few weeks I was still on edge. I believe I’ve finally found my match. Don’t give up find ur rite magnesium.

Calms me heaps. Which one do you recommend for anxiety and pms period pains headaches relaxation. Mag glycinate? I like taking it before bed

Magnesium taurate is supposed to be the best for heart issues like high blood pressure and palpitations. 500 mg per day.

Thank you for this. I used to take glycinate but before I bought another bottle I did some research and discovered that taking a combo was better. I wasn't noticing the benefits anymore. I have chronic pain and it was worse, I was also getting cramp in my legs and feet when I went for my massage I got a magnesium supplement with glycinate, malate and citrate, hope I've spelled them all right, and I'm starting to feel better. Pain has lessened and I'm definitely sleeping better

Chloride is absorbed transdermally. It gives many of the benefits without possible gastrointestinal issues. I use both magnesium spray and body butter. I've had better quality sleep while requiring less. My energy levels during the day have been better, and I don't need coffee to get going in the morning. That's the only thing I've changed in my regimen. I'm guessing the reason she didn't mention chloride is because it's not taken orally.

Can we measure in teaspoons?
1 or 2 etc taken with water or mixed in water so many times (eg: 2 times day. Best time?)
I have a box of Mag G. Must be here a long time. Can it still be used or will I need to purchase fresh. I prefer to buy power in pkt or box. Better financially. Can put in capaule if wanted. I would rather use teaspoon(s).
