Fasting is nature’s way of allowing your body to heal itself, and that rest is essential to the success of the process. When you stop eating all the energy that has been used to gain energy from food is now being used for flushing toxins out of the system and boost the natural healing mechanism of the body.
Water cleanses, also known as a water fasting, is a type of fasting in which for a set period of time, you only consume water. In today's video I have explained the benefits, advantages of Water Fasting, along with some of its side effects & people who should avoid it.

I finished my 3-day water fast today and down 3kgs(weight wasn't my concern detoxification and mental rejuvenation was).It works splendidly. The trick that might help is to keep yourself busy specially the first day.... And then it is piece of cake. I feel splendid already and will certainly do it periodically over months.

Keep in mind that the initial weight lost on a fast is primarily fluid or "water weight, " not fat. And when you go back to eating, any lost weight usually gets a return ticket back.

I think you are the only health coach in india who single mindedly follow and promote IF and water fasting.. i got amazing results by following Dr. Jason Fung.. hope more and more youtubers suggest IF and WF like you do

You only spoke about who should not take the water diet. You didn't talk about how to take the water diet. How many glasses of water to drink and at what intervals.

I've lost 2.7 kgs in just 1 and half day! You can add black coffee, black tea or green tea without sugar and little walking. Also chia seeds water can be used.
