Total Body Strength Training Gym Routine | Joanna Soh

Here's my total body strength training gym routine which targets all the major muscles, your legs, back, chest, shoulders, arms and core. Working on your entire body is key to build strength and to lose weight.

Do these exercises 2 - 3 times weekly. Don't forget to also fit in your HIIT and cardio workout.

Reps: 15 - 20
Rest: 30 - 60 secs in between sets.
Total Workout Time: 60 mins

Oh my goodness Joanna!! I just finished this entire workout at the gym, and literally every single inch of my body hurts right now. I am drenched in sweat, and I can barely walk or lift my arms over my head! This is such a great workout, so proud of myself for pushing through. I did this today, it’s such a great workout! I usually do strength training 4 times a week but due to my exams, I just could hit the gym 2-3 times, and this is perfect, what I neeededdd!

My 30-something my daughter is about to go to the gym with her husband and follow him around with the machine works. I was looking for a timing on each machine for her. Because men and women's bodies are a bit different. So to add to this that would be awesome for this video. But I shared this with her perfect thank you.
