Today is day 3 of the First Trimester Pregnancy Workout Challenge! We are doing a short prenatal yoga series with acupressure points to relieve nausea and morning sickness. I have provided safe modifications for second and third trimester as well. I hope you get some relief from this first trimester prenatal yoga.

I'm almost 6 weeks pregnant, just found out a week ago and starting to feel the first morning sickness symptoms.. Nasmaste and thank you so much for this amazing practice, feeling so much better now ❤

I’m on my second pregnancy and have always been extremely nauseous through all nine months with constant vomiting. This is the ONLY workout I’ve done that doesn’t make me want to throw up. Thank you!
