Hi Lauren, am on my second pregnancy after a C-section with my first. This is my second time trying your stretches and it feels safe and relaxing. I’m 9weeks pregnant with very low energy but it helps me with my energy. I’m looking forward to doing more by God’s grace.

Almost 2 years PPD I love your abs workouts they helped heal my diastasis

Be careful with last 2 I got extremely dizzy both times I did this and I was super careful second time I almost fell over

I will try to do this. My first my pregnancy through IUI after trying for 5 years. I feel so tight everywhere. This one seems easy enough
