had to slow this video to 0.5X to follow along...but I did it. If i told my last year self that I just did 100 pushups he'd never believe me. So much changed in this last year, also thanks to Chris and his workouts🙏🏼

2 months ago I started doing 100 push-ups a day and it did change my life. Now I'm at 150-200 a day and damn I feel good.

A year ago I’d laugh at this being a “warmup”. Now it’s a reality. I’m old - but in better shape than I was in during my 20s. Probably better than most guys in their 20s, and it’s thanks to videos like this. Keep ‘em coming!!

I do every day 100 PushUps Non-Stop, then 30 Mike-Tyson-PushUps and after this 32 PullUps! - It becomes an addiction and is just awesome.
