This is actually a really tough workout, I recommend halving what Chris does and start with 10 reps of each exercise. Once you can do all 5 sets of 10, do 11 reps of each exercise, and keep building towards 20. Start at 5 if 10 is still too many, don’t be disheartened by how easy he makes this look, Chris is a damn super hero!

Ok, this probably will go unnoticed but I want to share this: I’m 41, since I started to do these workouts, I lost 15kgs and my abs line is not that shy anymore! More important, I am feeling much more confident and capable in every aspect of my life. You guys cannot understand how good is to walk on the street in my city (Sydney) and see people looking at you… it never happened! Why’s that? Because you shine! Thank you all! And remember… if you don’t have 15 minutes to do this workout, WAKE UP 15 minutes EARLIER!!!

I’ve been doing push-ups everyday now for a good couple months. I’m up to 70-80 in one hit, resting a little bit and then doing anywhere between 60-70 again so I’m doing around 150 max within a half hour or so. It really works and I can see my physique has changed and my boss at work noticed that I lost some weight! Thank you Chris and to all those out there, about 6 months or so I could only do about 40 push-ups in one sitting now I’ve doubled it and feel so much stronger, mixed in with running at least once or twice a week.

I’m a 21 year old woman. I used to be really athletic when I took competitive dance classes, but after stopping I went from hours of exercise a day to zero. Not too long after, I went through a depression and barely would leave my bed. After years of this, I can barely hold a jug of milk now. I lost a ton of muscle and strength. I’m setting a goal to start working out again and I really want to reach my current goal of being able to do pull-ups. This workout is way out of my current range but it’s super motivating. Thanks for the video! Hope everyone else’s fitness journey is going well! Let’s do this 💪

I do 60 a day. 30 in the morning/ when I wake up & 30 at night / before bed. So this is *EXACTLY* what I needed 👏🏽🖤

I could only do 30 pushups in a sitting but with consistent training I can now do 100 consecutively in less than 6 minutes. Great video Chris 🔥

One of the main things I like about Chris the most is his REAL perspective on Fitness. It's never like insane diets or crazy weight.... one of the few who's like.... listen to your body. When you need to rest, take that day... then coke back and hit it strong. Real. Advice. Recovery is just as important as activity.

Awesome! Can you include more technical video on pushing technique, hand position and angle for each? I have been trying to get to 100 for a few weeks now - I noticed different results with different hand placement. Thanks for the motivation Chris!

These type of workouts are fantastic if your short on time or want to add it to the start or finish of a workout and it’s short so there is no excuse not to do this and keep it up. Thanks for all your workouts Chris they really have helped me big respect

When I started Chris workout I could of only do 5 pushups but know I could do 50 push-ups with different Variations so am glad he posted this push-ups .let’s get to work Chris 💪🏼

Man I really do like 200 in the morning not just with my bodyweight but also with the resistance bands. I added resistance bands only after seeing you man.
