If you had a decrease in muscle size I would recommend you to consume more protein and let the muscle rest so you get an optimal recovery.

Wouldn't necessarily say chest shrunk could just be the pectoral muscles becoming firmer/more pulled back from prolonged stimulus

I would suggest having a 2 day break so you muscles can grow usually Saturday and Sunday

The decrease in the chest was most likely just a thin layer of fat. The chest and stomach are the spots that get fat first in men, so it's probably nothing to be ashamed about.

100 push ups a day is great to build a routine. I started calisthenics with 100 per day. Now I do an actual workout that is more scientific and works towards a specific goal.

I do around 500 a day and it grows your chest super quickly. Just make sure to also train upper chest or it looks bad

You also had a decrease in chest size because the weaker fat tissue was leaving and the muscle tissue is more compact so it may have been smaller overall but it was more solid. 💪

I am doing 100 pushups for last 3 months. Result is very good.. But now i feel no resistance, its easy for me. So i am planning for 150 pushups a day.
