Do this 16 min KNEE FRIENDLY lower body workout #WithMe ! This is a great, low impact, leg or booty workout to do if you have knee pain or discomfort. NO SQUATS, NO LUNGES, NO EQUIPMENT! Feel free to add a booty band in to some of these exercises to increase the intensity.

I'm 69 years old and have had two hip replacements. Each one had a different surgical approach, which means different types of muscle compromise per leg. I can run and swim slowly and bike, but my hips, legs, and back remain weak, with my knees often bearing the load. I can only do some of your workout, but do whatever I can of the other exercises, even if it is only moving my leg an inch off the floor. However, after only 3 such imperfect workouts, my hips are looser and I can feel my leg muscles "waking up". Thanks for a great workout.
