Omg....What???'I finished it for the first time without stopping! Holy Shit! At the end my legs were so on fire. I just barely could pull it through. Omg I'm so proud of myself. Finally made it! :)

I would really love it if you had like a hardness scale for each workout. If you had a rate on the workout I could easily find an easy workout for a lazy day or a super hard one for a super energetic day. Love you❤

I'm "over 50 years" old. I had a lot of stiffness and discomfort in my legs when getting up out of bed in the morning. I started doing this video (along with several other of your videos - love your enthusiasm). I have been doing it every night for a month. Now I get up in the morning with not problem at all. I feel like my balance is better too. I love it!
