hey, I have not got my periods since 5 months. After 2 months of no periods I took ayurvedic medicines but still did not get that so I seeked Gyno's suggestion and she did various tests in which every thing was fine. She said may be due to over stressing my brain is not producing hormones and my body is on survival mode. I am not sure that I should take medicine( artificial hormones) or I should wait and improve lifestyle. Please suggest me something.
