     I hope you enjoy this ten-minute self-care fertility yoga flow. Sometimes, you're short on time but would still like to practice some yoga poses and breathe to calm your mind, optimize your fertility, and support your overall well-being. Level: All levels, beginner-friendly
When to practice: any time of day that works for you, morning, afternoon, or evening. This class was designed to be supportive during all phases of the menstrual cycle and phases of assisted reproductive technology.
How often to practice: as often as feels good and supportive to you. With my one-on-one clients, I typically recommend at least 2x a week. More often if their schedule permits and it feels supportive, less often if it begins to feel like one more thing they HAVE to do.

I teared up during the circular hand movements on my belly. I've spent so long hating my body for being infertile. Giving it some love after all that hate was something I didn't know I needed. Thank you so much for this ❤️

As I was doing this practice this morning a huge flock of birds went past my window and it was the most beautiful sign of things will work out in my journey. Thank you for this beautiful practice. It was lovely to touch my belly in ways I touched it with my first pregnancy and felt that love in every cell of my body again. 🤍

May God brighten your day and your life and even your family's life with happiness and smiles all around. I was bit off since yesterday after meeting gynecologist but with this yoga practice, I'm back to normal and smiling again. Can you please make a video for fibroid utrus too?
