if you took it apart and pulled the spring part out and put it back if it's not clicking then it might be defective. without actually seeing it i'm not 100% sure. but i would carefully open it up again and gently see if you can get it to click. if it fell during shipping hopefully the packaging would have protected it

@brajao77 as long as you're careful you should not have any problems.. careful is the key word and do it over a table so the spring won't go flying to the black hole that is the floor

@chansimon100 i think it's just what happens to the cd during shipment. my guess is some are perfect some not so perfect

@lisaphamxo yep but it's not yesasia's fault they don't open . this is beyond their control. my guess is something happened during shipment from the factory to the US that caused them to lock up

I would never knew about this if you didn't brought it up, but I'm not getting this album because I think it is too much for a cd. I pay a cd for 59.99 once and I will not be buying another cd that cost more than 19.99 bucks. If I have more money and a truly big fan, then I will buy it. Anyways... I think this will help people out if they have problem with this big bang cd case.

it's that black squarish thing with the little claws sticking out that is in the video. It may have fallen (it was mailed to me and was delivered while I was at work). It doesn't lock, no.
