Guru Ji, you know Ap Sab exercise Badhiya batate hai, but biceps aisi cheez hai where I get confused that which exercise I should pick and which one I should let go, I have RB, DB and Free weights. I generally follow the below

1)Standard curls DB/wide grip curls
2)Preacher curls RB
3)Close grip with Rod
4)hammer curls DB
5)crossBODY hammer curls DB
6) Zottman curls
7) concentration

I don’t know if my approach is right or not. As always need your guidance 🙏
