as a person who followed this training for a month i've grown stronger in that biceps, you gotta keep doing it or else you lose progress, even if slowly, for triceps he have another videos, i recommend push ups for triceps but also dips using a chair or another furniture.
i recommend doing them slowly so you endure more, just like in push ups and squats.
weight should be a little above your arms comfort but not too heavy, if you can do 10 curls with a backpack loaded with things use that weight.

If bicep large than tricep, don't train bicep train tricep. Arm size = 2x

Day 1:no change d:
Day 2:my vines little more appear and i can do now 1 push up
Day 6: sorry for not updating but my biceps get lil bigger not too much n now i can do 3 push ups
Day 7: i js noticed that this exercise foucs on forearm more than biceps but its good
