So glad to have found this channel. I’ve been athletic my whole life and then I hit my 30s. Everything has changed and it’s like I’m learning my body all over again. The tips that you’ve mentioned for traveling are actually key to everyday life . Thanks for taking the time to make this video❤️

Such great tips! I have definitely packed individual baggies of protein powder when traveling🤣But this is a good reminder because now that things are starting to be safe I’m planning a trip to see my family in May after 17 months!
