This class is ideal for anyone looking to get back into exercise, especially beginners, seniors or those with dementia. Easy and manageable to keep up and follow along. No complicated moves and no pressure to keep up! A simple dollar store ball can be used.

I was looking for a mild workout today and this was perfect. I didn't have a ball but I used a large roll of paper towels and it worked fine. I do a lot of your workouts and they are great! Thank you and keep making more seated workouts! They are much appreciated!

Sister-worthy primarily because as a newbie, her attention will remain focused thanks to YOUR attention to uncomplicated moves. Plus, she taught me how to bowl so we'll take a stroll down Memory Lane when we get to that portion. 😊
