15 or 30 MINUTE SEATED STRETCH FOR WORK BREAK // SENIORS // BETTER POSTURE

Ready to improve your posture and feel more energized? You will have a 15 or 30 min option today. In this video I will show you how to do seated stretching and a mobility routine that can help reduce back pain, improve posture, and get you out of your neck! All you need is a chair.
Chair stretches are easy on the body and great for those who cannot get up and down off of the floor. There will be plenty of options for everyone in this routine.
The first 15 minutes will be behind and on the chair, great for seniors and those taking breaks at the workplace.
The second half (the full 30 min) will be on the floor using the chair to help us get deeper into stretches and for a final relaxation. If lying on the floor is not right for you, feel free to just. use the first 15 minutes of this routine.
