A lot of you have been asking me what I do to stay in shape and workout, well here is my fitness routine! I occasionally switch it up by going to the gym in addition to running every day. Let me know if you guys want to see what I eat on a daily basis.

Protein Shake
1 Cup of Almond Milk
2 Scoops of Ice Cream (Optional)
1 Scoop Of Protein
1 TBSP of Powdered Peanut Butter
1 Cup of Crushed Ice
1 TBSP of Almond Butter
Add for variety: 1 banana or 6 whole strawberries

chelsea if you add frozen bananas instead of ice cream it will taste very similar and is MUCH healthier, especially if you are having this in the morning

Hi Chels! I recently dropped out of college this semester, due to both physical and mental health reasons. I watched your "Life Update" video and knew that everything was going to be okay. Wow Chels I relate a lot! Never expected I'm a running kind of person too! Just once went out for a run around the block, kinda liked my energized feels after, ran a marathon recently, in 6 months of training from scratch. One of the best decisions.
Running just has so many benefits for this small input. And the most amazing "side effect" was losing a bunch of weight - and I was eating whatever I want, not a bit less but just healthier, it came as a pleasant surprise which is greatttt. Shaped my character and body so much. It's simply WORTH IT 100%.

going on walks/jogs/runs are so good on bad days!! instead of relying on junk food to make my day better, I now workout, go for jogs and not only is it helping me lose weight, its such a great stress reliever. great video Chels:)

I run cross country, and running is so hard but so worth it too! The feeling you get afterward is amazing. And although it can be so hard sometimes, I always make sure not to walk in my run. If I start off slow, my pace will slowly pick up!
