I have an unsecure attachment and its not even by my parents. Its by me

My parents love my brother more and it’s obvious, we do anything and everything he wants to do. So I learned not to love anybody and everything there is a problem to it’s my fault and my responsibility. While my brother gets fatter and “More sad” when he owns the fucking house. I hate my life. My friends are always “Busy” and when I try to play video games to escape reality my game lags even though my internet is perfect. So I can’t do anything fun.

I am very much an insecure attachment, and it was a combination of my teachers and students teaching me that you can only trust yourself. My parents were rather occupied with work, so I spent all of my time dealing with shit on my own. But I don't blame them for it but myself for being this thing

I’ve also known a couple people who were over loved and given 0 discipline and they turn out bigger monsters than the neglected kids from my experience

So what about one parent supporting one side and the other the other side?
My dad was supportive and my mom ignored me (possibly because I'm a guy and she had preconceived notions about gender roles)
Also, for the question, learned behavior. I'm introverted and my sister is extroverted

I don't think this is true. My parents were loving and caring but I developed insecurity, low self-esteem and fear of rejection.🤷🏻‍♂️
