T push ups are so hard for me but exercising makes me energetic. Im doing exercise with your vedio and I drop 1 size of my clothes as well as it helps me regulates my period thanks to Roberta. Thanks you for motivational words in your description I was on cliff of type 2 diabetes but with exercise I'm healing slowly.
Im facing problem with hormone belly fat and love handles please make vedio at least 300 calories burn focusing on hormone belly.

Hey Roberta..I can loose 10 kg weight by watching ur videos...but the problem is that weight is not stabled After loosing...within 15 days I can gain 5 kg weight...so what should I do now??

I did 8 minutes, and im dying, lol. I lost a ton of weight by watching my calorie intake, and i have so much excess skin. I hope this helps tighten up the skin
