Only three more days of this walking challenge! And today we will hit 7000 steps target in less than 50 minutes.
The timer is on for 60s this time, just to keep the moves a bit varied and I added an extra 30s break.
This isn't your average walking workout and some of the exercises will involve a lot of core engagement. It'll be sweaty but you will feel wonderful and accomplished
.
PLEASE NOTE- some smart devices won't register some moves as steps, Single Leg Jack for example.

Yesterday didn't get time for 6k steps so i did it today in the morning and just now finished 7k steps. Feeling strong💪 lots of love from nepal😍😘😚

It's been just three days since I started doing your steps workout and I can't even explain how better I feel. Thank you so much for the quality of workouts you come up with. More than scale and calories burned, I am focussing on calories I consume and how I feel.

I have a Huawei band to track workouts etc. Did this exercise as indoor walk last week and decided to track it as free training this time around. There aren't many features on this band. The difference in calories burnt is significant. (320 vs 523) How do you track this exercise? I LOVE all your workouts Olivia. The variety is what keeps me coming back.

This is even challenging for a man I been doing these cuz I'm out of shape and been depressed and have been loving your vids there low impact compared to other more difficult workouts but Im still getting a kickass workout with these thank you hope you keep the step and sweat workout vids coming 😎
