7000 STEPS ADVANCED WALKING WORKOUT | STEP & SWEAT DAY 7

Only three more days of this walking challenge! And today we will hit 7000 steps target in less than 50 minutes.
The timer is on for 60s this time, just to keep the moves a bit varied and I added an extra 30s break.
This isn't your average walking workout and some of the exercises will involve a lot of core engagement. It'll be sweaty but you will feel wonderful and accomplished
.
PLEASE NOTE- some smart devices won't register some moves as steps, Single Leg Jack for example.
