Denna video är ett 15 minuter långt yoga pass för nacke och axlar. Vi kommer att lätta på spänningar men också jobba förebyggande mot nackont. Vi börjar sittandes och stretchar ut nacken, axlar och skulderblad och jobbar sedan med några katt och ko utsträckningar som är kanon bra för hela ryggen. Rulla ut din yoga matta så kör vi!
