Thank you. I suffer from chronic low back pain.
I'm a year and 20 days recovering from oxycodone abuse.
We had a yoga group in the morning and I really miss moment's like that.
Our instructor had a very relaxing voice. Alot like yours.
I'm glad I found your channel 😊

I have been so down on my body suffering from fibromyalgia.
I constantly feel defeated & like nobody understands. Could you do more of these? Uplifting, self love, and about chronic pain videos! I replay them all the time to remind myself who I really am. You're awesome & have a gift. Thank you Joelle !

Love this meditation! Thank you 🙏🏽 I have burning mouth syndrome, and I’m struggling to calm my nervous system to diminish the pain 🙁 but these guided meditations help me! Hopefully something will click and the pain will turn off! 🙏🏽 x

Thank for the meditation Joelle this really helped could I please request a yoga sequence whilst I have wrist in a cast as I fell whilst skating yesterday and broke it. I would really appreciate it x🙏🏻x
