Heal from physical and emotional pain while you sleep. Relax your body and mind, let go of resistance to any pain you have currently, have had in the past, or any expectations of pain. You may resist pain, perhaps because you don’t like to be uncomfortable, as this is human nature. This causes the pain to be pushed down and not processed and then released. This resistance to the sensations in your body and the negative associations with these feelings can cause additional suffering. While this meditation practice is not a substitute for medical treatment if needed, it can help to ease the suffering and help you find the positive to connect with.

The physical sensations you experience are your body’s way to give you a message. It is your body’s way to ask you to pay attention to what is most needed. If those signals are ignored or suppressed, they will continue showing up and eventually they will be more obvious and impossible to ignore.
Recognize what you are feeling in this moment. As you acknowledge your experience, allow it to be just as it is with acceptance. This is not to say you are giving up. You are simply not adding more suffering by resisting reality. Invite ease into the areas that may be asking for your attention.

Meditation is a process of lightening up manifestation.guide of trusting the basic goodness of what we have and who we are, and of realizing that any wisdom that exists, exists in what we already have. We can lead our life so as to become more awake to who we are and what we’re doing rather than trying to improve or change or get rid of who we are or what we’re doing. The key is to wake up, to become more alert, more inquisitive and curious about ourselves.

There is a quality to your voice, your meditations, that epitomizes genuine caring and calm.
After a sacroiliac fusion, I fell during the night and was having trouble calming my fears and panic that it may have adversely effected the results, but I just listened to you for a few seconds and felt immediate relief- and realized more than anything, I needed to rest my body

Dear Sweet Sara ♡ . Thank you for this. You released this the same day I had surgery and was/am challenged by the pain of the incision and emotional pain of grieving.
Finding this today has brought me another reminder that the Universe supports and Loves me. She Loves and supports us all. And we are all connected in Love and Mystery.

Sarah I took like 5 different pain pills additional to my usual pain medication, they did not work. I tried two other meditations from the mindful mouvement. This meditations is just Miraculous. Thank You with allí my ❤!!

i was with a constant pain in my chest and a big ball like of energy or thinks that i never say in my throat and today i wake up with a peace in my heart so really thank u this is magical and blessing to me

I have the worse cold with headache and obnoxious coughing and this helped me to relax. My cold is still apparent but I have yielded to the healing of my body and mind. Let’s just say I have accepted my cold in hope of healing real soon.

I can now use my breath to and my 3rd or mind's eye to reduce pain and more. Literally inhale the breath into that region. Neuroplacicity is enhanced with the meditations as I am also relearning things from decades ago. Mountain biking is great, but gravity always wins.

im here in a very dark place, ive got covid and suffer from anxiety ans depression, im isolating and got nobody to look after me, got a lot of pain... but hopefully this meditation will help.. thanks
