This meditation is designed to help reduce chronic pain. The relaxation response will counteract the effects of stress and help to reduce pain. Relaxation techniques are safe for anyone to use and do not have the side effects of pain medication.

Chronic pain can be a very frustrating experience. You've been told something is wrong, but chronic-type injuries don't go away and keep bothering you long after their original cause has healed up on its own accord - which means this new problem will likely never resolve itself either!

It also makes your body sensitive as heck: aches become painful at the slightest touch or movement (even though there isn’t anything actually wrong), anxiety starts pouring in from all directions like water filling cracks on hillsides during heavy rain season…

So what can you do?

Hospitals are increasingly relying on relaxation techniques as an effective way of reducing pain and speedy recovery. I couldn't help but cry 😢 during my meditation
I'm going through intense physical pain (pinch nerve with herniated disc in my cervical spine)hearing you say you are love totally broke 💔 me. I have been very emotional lately. I thank you is really something I need it to hear today ❤ namaste 🧘‍♀️ 🙏

It actually worked. I feel so much better. I am an amputee with sores on my butt so bad I couldn't sit down. Can't even touch to clean area. This really helped ease so I can sit down and not scream. Love the light

I am struggling with much more than just Fibromyalgia and today I overslept again but as ever am unhealed and untested.
Despite best efforts I was unable to focus during this short guided meditation but thank you for providing the resource. I wouldn’t wish what I am going through on my worst enemy. I am supposed to be in my prime but am instead rotting away.

Very soothing voice & music, very nice balance in the volume levels. I'm going to listen to some of your other videos!
May I add 1 kind observation that I would find helpful? At the end, a little bit of transition indicating the meditation is coming to a close, maybe a bit less abrupt ending; it was just a bit starling to me in my relaxed state. 😅 Keep up the good work, I really loved your reassuring & very credible, soothing voice! ❤

Thank you 🙏😊 this helped me until my pain meds kicked in. I had large molar removed 3 days ago and I'm in intense pain healing. Dentist had to hold my entire jaw and head and gently rock back and forth to get tooth out. I knew I would have pain but wasn't quite prepared for this 3 days in.
