1. Dropping the weights too fast when lowering the weights
2. Swinging the weights up which takes away tension from the biceps.
3. Flaring elbows to side shifting tension away from the biceps and towards the shoulders
4. Curling your wrist shifting tension away from the biceps and toward the forearms.

My training is bodyweight focused, so I thought this might not be very helpful to me at first. But that last tip really put my last training session into perspective, I kept feeling like my forearms were dead while my biceps were just getting started, and that's probably where I fucked up.
