J'adore tes vidéos ! J'ai découvert ta chaîne il a y 2-3 semaines, et depuis je fais des séances tous les jours. Workout #1: This workout was pretty sweaty but it's really hot where I am in Pennsylvania... According to my Samsung Watch 4 set to general workout mode I burned a whopping 206 calories...
