POWERFUL HOLOTROPIC BREATHING 10, 20, 30 METHOD!

This is an introductory class into holotropic breathing! Specifically the 10, 20, 30 method.

SAFETY:
- Be in a reclined position when preforming this. Passing out may occur.

- Deep hyperventilation causes a lot of carbon dioxide to be released ALKALIZING the blood. This can produce symptoms such as tingling in the extremities, light headedness or euphoria. A healthy body should be able to manage this shift in acidity as well as balance relatively quickly once breathing stops.

- During breath holds, oxygen drops to low levels engaging the sympathetic nervous system. This correlates with a large burst of adrenaline. Individuals with a sensitivity to adrenaline should be careful.

BENEFITS:
The stress this breathing places on the body affects the biological pathways oxygen is delivered and metabolized by cells. The science is still relatively new, however there is good reason to speculate this breathing can improve these pathways. Improving a persons breathing and metabolic capacity.

Psychological benefits are striking. The breathing can produce a state of fearlessness and a higher threshold for pain. Consider this benefit carefully.

It’s crazy how the intensity exponentially grows every round. I do wimhoff breathing but this is a different beast

never in my life did i expect this to actually do something but that was INTENSE. i did the whole thing blindfolded. my hands and body felt numb by the third round, and i wound up holding my breath for 4 minutes after the last round. my ears were ringing for most of it, and after the last one and holding my breath i felt like i was a tea kettle boiling, after the whooshing subsided i did whatever my body intuitively told me and i shook uncontrollably, almost like i convulsed, for 5 minutes, and then once that subsided i stayed there. i felt like i was floating. the floor disappeared and i was in sky, until eventually my 1 hour alarm went off and i took off the blindfold. what a euphoric and crazy experience. i think i’m going to get more into breath work, this was fantastic.

Omg I was holding my breath for 40 seconds and I had my volume basically all the way up so I could hear the breathing and AN AD POPPED UP! Bro that scared the crap outa me 💀

TIP - there won’t be a “ding” at the start of the LAST cycle. Hold your breath as long as you feel comfortable when the “breathing” sound stops, and then breathe out COMPLETELY and then hold your breath. That’s where the magic happens at that point. Then control your breathing (holding in and out) as you like.

first time doing this and at 20 seconds holding the air i thought "omg this is gonna be hard". at 30 seconds i thought "i actually could have lasted longer" at 40 secs i thought "this is it? this quickly???" and at the last one the video had ended and i realized i had been without breathing for more than a minute with no effort at all. my whole body was vibrating and i had a ringing in my ears for some minutes. cool experience

I have asthma and I can usually hold my breath for 15 to 20 seconds but I could hold my breath for 2 minutes after this I love this video I will give a update to see how much it changed my breathing when I go running tomorrow
