Having been a ‘breather’ for 3.5 years I have to say I like this one.
Done many breathwork variations, but having reached peaks with them all, I hit 2 minutes first time for 1st round with this - nice change for me after hitting 4 minutes at points and crashing down to 30 seconds at points.
Appreciate your uploads- and saw your TRE vid; been on that one a few years too due to pain.

If y'all are having trouble on the long holds, it gets easier once you've done it a few times. And if you're having trouble getting yourself to relax enough (you have to be relaxed to be able to do it) just think about something else. If you start thinking "I cant breathe" that'll send signals to your chest and abdominal muscles and they'll start tensing up

I struggled with the full 90 seconds in between, but damn that felt so good either way
