Thanks! It is always good to know of techniques to relieve headaches, and I might share this.
I fortunately almost never get headache myself, but have family members and friends who actually have gotten rid of headache by drinking coffee with lemon juice.
And it is, headache or not, a surprisingly pleasant, refreshing drink. Seems to help with digestion as well.

I do these frequently and they do feel really good. But I cannot stand the messaging of the temples. It's painful and irritates me greatly. I use messaging movements over the forehead instead -- effective and feels wonderful.

My problem is, by the time I've done all your "exercises" for my problems, 3 days have gone by! Thanks for all your efforts...
I do have a question for you. Have you considered doing one covering what to do in the event you wake up with a much dreaded charlie horse in your leg? For example, if it's in the calf and your leg is locked up in the bent position. Is it best to immediately try to straighten the leg, even if it feels like you're gonna break it? Or what? I'm sure you know, there're many other examples of charlie horses as well... I know hydration and electrolytes are important to prevent them, just curious about how to confront one, when it happens...
