I would’ve stayed in shivasana all day. Thanks for this great practice. I know these are reruns but I love it when you remind us super consistently when to breathe in and out...need that almost constantly even though I’ve been practicing for a couple of years now.

Well, I always thought I could do Warrior 3. Now I know otherwise! Making sure your hips really are level makes it off-the-scale challenging. Thanks Tim for drawing attention to this; and using the blocks whilst you build strength in the actual correct position was really useful.

My favorite day in this challenge. I put mirror to watch my body position and it truly helped me follow your detailed explanations. I enjoyed shivasana today and was completly relaxed. Thank you!!

Awesome class, I love the challenge of focusing on the subtle movements and internal mapping of the body. It really makes this challenge not just applicable to beginners!
You probably already have this scheduled, but I would love to do some work on how to protect the wrists during Vinyasa practice. I'm pretty sure you did some work with that on previous challenge, but would love to revisit it :)

It was definitely an overreaction for me to blurt, “I’m dying, ” during chair. Thanks Tim, for channeling my old gymnastics coach - who would make me run to the corner store for a banana when my foot cramped in practice (mine cramped too). Helpful practice!
