Hey besties!

This is day 8 of my one month pilates plan! It’s a 15 minute lower body sculpt pilates workout. I hope you love this challenge as much as I did!

Exercise because you love your body not because you hate it ! I always loved sports and keeping my body in shape. i just wanted to comment and say that i have never felt so confident in my body i can really tell that i have lost weight and its really motivating to be able to see the progress.

i usually can never stick to these daily plans cus i either am not motivated or the exercises are too hard, but i’ve been doing this daily and it’s been great! i feel so much better as a whole and im always excited to do this

i missed yesterday. i didnt do it yesterday cause i checked my weight and i saw that i didnt reduce any. but well i'm back after realizing that even if i didnt see results, its okay. i will definitely see results soon if i'm constant and consistent. so i didn't give up and here i am. day 8, done!!

I haven't commented on these videos but today i woke up early just to do this. I have learned to not hate these and in fact they're quite enjoyable. My hips are killing me today after this workout but so worth it. Ive noticed a small decrease in my weight and have limited my food intake while also keeping it healthy. Congrats to all who've made it this far and keep on pushing after the hard times 🙌🏻🙌🏻

Definitely like lower body workouts more than abs 😅 This felt nice, i'm just a bit unmotivated so i'm trying to push myself 🥺

i don't expect myself to look like you after this month but i wanna say these feel good! I have pcos and just after doing these for a week its helped a lot with my stomach bloating. most days id look pretty pregnant but now its like i can see just my tummy fat lol- But thats progress!

This is my second time doing your one month plan and I still wake up and get excited to do it everyday!! Thank you so much Madeleine for your videos and for everyone in the comments pushing me to do my best!! With a lot of hard work, pilates, walks, yoga, and ab workouts I'm seeing some amazing results this year in my body and progress in my strength and flexibility💪

Aaaah! The first half with just the bridge exercises was getting a bit difficult for me to continue doing, kind of uncomfy, but the second half was soooo good and burned so good 🔥Thank you!
