Question: Does the HR personnel or interviewer check the position that the candidate is applying for before they ask their questions? For example, recently I had an interview with this BPO outsourcing company, I was applying for a data entry account and before I submitted my application, I read the job responsibilities and description, however during the interview I was asked, "How do I handle irate customers", I was a little bit surprised, and ask my self, what does it have to do with a data entry position I am applying for? I did not see any customer-facing responsibility in the job description. Thank you fully I answered the question and moved on to the final interview.

bakit kaya noh hanggang ngayon hindi parin nag babago ang takbo ng.pag interview e nandito namn tayo sa Pilipinas kahit Filipino lang namn ang nag tatanung . . kasi sa nakikita ko midju2 tagal² na ako nag tratrabho sa iban ibang industry .pag sa interview grabi ang english pero pag nasa trabho kana ang mga kasama mo taga ibat ibang lugar pero Filipino parin. tpos ang nangyayari Tagalog lang namn ang salita . hahaha gg talaga. . iba2 yong na pasukan kung mga planta mga japanese mas d pa ma runong mag english hahaha .. dudugo² ang ilong mo kung paani sila intindihin dahil sa mga d marunog mag english. dapat sana sila ang mag aadjust hindi kita. 🤣

Itong mga tips nila ay para lamang sa mga fluent na talaga mag english😢 pano naman kaming nangangapa pa kung pano itranslate yung nasa isip namin? marami sana pwedeng isagot dun sa tanong kaso ang hirap mag translate sa english . Meron ba kayong video na kung paano sumagot ng fluent? sana meron.
