Out of all Elizabeth’s videos, this one gave me massive validation. All the questions I had since going no-contact with my ex narc, were answered here. Every last question I had I now have an answer for. I cannot underestimate how valuable that is. I know now that I did nothing wrong and I know now it wasn’t my fault. The last Narc Jerk I dated made comments that I did not like. On a date as we were driving to the restaurant, he said this..." you probably dont eat well very often"! I was aghast! As if he was appointed to feed me well! I shouldve told him to turn the car around and take me back home! What a bloody bastard! Then another time he asked me why I was being so good to him. Hmmm my guess is that he didnt feel worthy. No wonder his wife was divorcing him and she went No Contact as I did too when I reached the point after only a few months that I could no longer stand to look at him or let him touch me! Good riddens!!!

but when they switch it up and they start being nice you better pay attention to them because they are up to something... like setting you up for something they did wrong and they want you to be the bad person so they don't have to be accountable for their actions, I'm so on to what they are trying to do to me but judgement day is coming for them very soon ⚖️💯❤️✌️

Elizabeth, do you think the phrase, "You're too sensitive." is actually projection? You will never meet a person as sensitive as a narcissist. Perhaps you could make a video about that?

Why narcissists say you're too sensitive and why it has NOTHING to do with you. First half about how sensitive narcissists are to any perceived criticism, or feedback no matter how gently you try to convey it, once the golden period is over; and then what projection is and how narcissists tell us we are too sensitive to see their flaws in others so they don't have to see them in themselves.

it’s so similar to grade school bullying - that’s what’s so disheartening about it. And a lot of the time the bullying behavior isn’t obvious to the recipient until a rapport has been established. It’s such a stark contrast to the love bombing/ mirroring displayed in the beginning stages, so much so it’s almost hard to believe that the behavior will continue- “this isn’t the person I met a couple months ago. Maybe they’re going through a lot right now.” I talked to myself this way - and goodness I wish I didn’t stick around to find out if the behavior would continue. It did.

I think 🤔 I’ve been dealing with a narcissistic boy. I have never in my life ever been treated so poorly!!! I hadn’t seen him for awhile and saw him today and I’m in shock!!! He got mad 😡 because I didn’t come outside when he pulled up to the house ! He couldn’t get his ass out of the car and come to the door ? Like he used to ? He is so petty picking fights because I was 6 minutes late ⏰ because I couldn’t find my tennis shoes!!! He said I gave you time to get ready and you messed it up. IF it wouldn’t of been that trust me it would of been something else!!!! One day he got mad 😡 at me because I didn’t answer my phone!! It was IN my purse 👛 and I was standing at the door. Some how I missed him and he drove off !!! That is petty. It’s craziness to get so upset over something so stupid and petty !!! The world isn’t going to end. He use to come to the front door and he can’t do that anymore

Yes, just walk away from those toxic people. They will get mad because you have inflicted a narcissistic injury upon them. They may whine: "You hurt me!" Those insecure, immature people need to get off their social media and their crumb-laden couches, stop their insidious gossiping and mind their own frickin' business!
