I don't know if this is the most productive idea, but I'm learning on meditating my sexual shame away first before I approach women. Is that productive or not? I feel it may be more productive meditating the sexual shame away since I feel it will make my interactions more productive. The title has immediately been altered to: "You should admit that your schedule is not that busy at all, so we can create some content that will not be helpful at all."
My expectations for the next 15 minutes of my life not being wasted are low right now, but my ability to remain functional and that of others depend on the ability to hope beyond reason, so I'll watch this.
