Had a date last December with this girl I really like, was really fun and I was feeling really good, but then as we talked I came to understand that she still has some type of unresolved issues with past relationships. Nevertheless we changed subjects and kept having an awesome time! I invited so I made sure to pay of course, it was a really nice spot that I was meaning to go but going alone is kinda lame, so at least that’s good ahaha

Great tips! I agree. If you take a girl out - you should definitely pay, especially if it’s a first date.

Now after that, if you keep on going out to eat - that’s a whole different story, and I don’t think you can just keep on paying, unless you’re wealthy and can afford it.

Having said that, just go out for a cup of coffee, if it’s someone you’re just getting to know - don’t waste your hard-earned cash on just anyone!

Something that I realized as I got older and increased my self-esteem is that a date isn’t just about getting a girl to like you- you’re also figuring out if you like her too.

Don’t just try to fill silence. Through conversation and followup questions, genuinely try to get an overview of who she is, and learn what she’s about. Look for red flags. You need to show that you’re worth dating, but she does too.
