I really like how you do front exercises and then show side exercises. So much easier to duplicate exactly what you are doing. I am 70 years old and love this workout!

I have Epilepsy, and with this I have side affects... You do it slow enough for me to keep up and you have a perfect routine.

Hi Amy, thanks so much for making these great workout videos! What advice can you give for those that maybe a bit overweight but are trying to maintain good form but unable to do so? I find my form is off at times.
